John Misustin | Leadership Philosophy

Over the past eleven years I have had the opportunity to work with and observe many truly exceptional leaders. During this time I have also had the opportunity to serve many wonderful students, families, teachers and communities.  Both of these factors have helped shape and develop me into the leader I am today.  There are four main elements of my leadership philosophy that I always try to be mindful of: Communication, Collaboration, Trust/Respect, and Service.
